Sunburst

After days and days of rain and low temperatures, suddenly the sun has burst out, the birds are singing, and a doe walked across our meadow while we were having coffee in the sunroom.  Lupines and daisies are blowing in the gardens, the late-blooming asian lilac perfumes the air, and it's impossible to stay indoors.  Life is beautiful.
